Life Ideals

Guided Self-Discovery Through Story and Play

A Program by Life Ideals and Theatre of Dice

The Life Ideals and Role-Playing collaborative course helps adults explore their personal goals and values through collaborative storytelling and guided reflection.

Participants meet for six weeks. Once a week for a two-hour online group coaching session and twice a week for a two-hour text-based Dungeons & Dragons campaign led by professional game masters from Theater of Dice.

This approach combines the power of creative play with structured self-assessment and group discussion to support insight, growth, and confidence.

How it Works

Weekly Coaching: Two hours of Zoom-based group coaching guided by a Life Ideals coach, using the Life Ideals self-assessment tools to identify strengths, values, and goals.

Interactive Storytelling: Two weekly text-only Dungeons & Dragons sessions where participants explore scenarios that mirror real-world choices, teamwork, and self-expression.

Supportive Environment: Each participant joins a small, structured group with clear communication, professional oversight, and confidentiality protections.

This six week program is designed for adults seeking personal growth, social connection, and creative engagement. It is not therapy but complements therapeutic goals by encouraging reflection, problem-solving, and community participation.

For Counselors and Therapists

Counselors and therapists are invited to refer clients who would benefit from a structured creative outlet and guided self-exploration. The course supports emotional insight, communication skills, and resilience in a collaborative, low-pressure format.

If you would like to discuss the program or explore a referral partnership, we would be happy to meet with you. You can schedule a short Zoom session with Theatre of Dice here.
