Authentic self-care begins with self-understanding

$35 per group session
This four-week series is designed to help participants better understand stress, strengthen nervous system awareness, and practice authentic self-care in ways that truly fit their needs, values, and lives.
Each one-hour session includes practical teaching, guided reflection, supportive discussion, and reasonable goal setting.
Session Topics Include:
- Understanding Your Stress Patterns – Recognizing signs of overwhelm and learn to cultivate steadiness
- Understanding Emotions and Needs – Exploring inner experience with greater clarity and care
- Finding Support Through Connection – Learn to cultivate relationships, support, and strategies that help
- Creating Authentic Self-Care That Fits Your Life – Choose approaches that work and plan realistic next steps.
Before their first session, participants will complete intake forms, take the Life Ideals Self-Care Needs Assessment, and schedule a 20-minute orientation call with Karen.
